We believe in the power of regional libraries.
MISSION The Erie Regional Library Foundation (ERLF) exists to support the various needs of the
Erie County Public Library. Through the promotion of the available programs and
services available at the regional libraries, the foundation encourages contributions,
partnerships, and collaboration to enhance and strengthen libraries to benefit Erie County residents and visitors.
The foundation supplements public funding through fundraising efforts, grants, and gifts
to ensure the libraries can provide for the short and long-term needs of the community.
We believe libraries are critical community hubs and safe spaces for learning, literacy, and cultural engagement.
